FAQ #1

Do I Need An Appointment?

YES! This allows us to focus on just one Bride at a time & give you the full attention you deserve. Please note there is a $20 Booking Fee for your 1st Appointment. This is to limit no shows & cancellations. If you purchase a Serendipity Gown this fee will be applied to your purchase.

Do you carry New Gowns?

YES! Our collection includes New, Sample & Once Worn Bridal Gowns

How many guests can attend with me?

We are a quaint, intimate boutique allowing us to accommodate up to 3 additional guests. Or look at our Serendipity Special for more guest options

FAQ #4

Do you provide alterations on site?

We do not have a seamstress onsite BUT we can refer you to one of our well known & reviewed seamstresses from Victoria and beyond.
