***Please book TUES TO SAT ONLY*** MAX 3 ADDTIONAL GUESTS. Due to the high demand and the personalized nature of our appointments, there is a standard booking fee of $20 for a bride's in-boutique appointment. This fee helps to prevent no-shows and last-minute cancellations that take time away from those ready to find their dream dress. FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE . We will only transfer your fee to a rescheduled appointment if it is done with a min 48hrs notice. As a small, local business, we thank you for your understanding!
Cancellation Policy
Fees are Non refundable. To reschedule we require a min 24hrs notice for standard appointments. Serendipity Special appointments require a min 48hrs. Fees can be transferred to new appointment times only.
